Default LS1 3rd gen headers. Anybody use these?

I was searching around and found the Kooks headers and contemplating on letting a buddy make some but then I ran across these. Is anybody using them? Seems like a little bit on the cheap side, but I pissed away $250 before on dumb ****.

I just looked at them side by side and you are right. All the bends are the same and the flange is the same.

Also, these are 1 3/4. The same ones from Hawks are 839.

i have a set on my car. The appear to have extra clearance in the bolt holes of the flange so you have to position the header on the head in the right spot. The bolts will not align it correctly. The driver side could tuck better as it leaver only 1/2" clearance for the fuel lines. The passenger side hangs 1.5" too low. For cheap swap headers they work. I have a temp transmission cross member hacked together, was waiting to install the headers to make one fit the exhaust.

Thanks for sharing the pictures, it does seem odd that the pass side is hanging that much lower. Other than that are you satisfied with the headers?
