I am looking to do a swap in my 3rd gen Camaro and am looking for engine options. I am seriously considering the 5.3L (mostly because of price), but am also considering the LQ4/LQ9. What are most LQ's going for? I am trying to stick to a budget and since getting a T56 seems to be out of the question, I am trying to stick to my budget for the engine and may get a manual transmission later.
