I wonder if you can fuse two intakes together with throttle bodies on each end. That should cure the breathing problems.

This is one of the coolest things I've ever seen on this site. In for numbers and a sound clip! I'm with the other guys on the stock intake though. It's a small restriction on a stock motor, I can't imagine what it does to these V12's. I know you're making your own for this boosted one, but ITB's would be INSANE on an LS12! You could easily surpass Ferrarri/Lambo #'s NA with a custom cam.

I propose your next project be an LS7-based LS12 with an MS4 spec cam and ITB's... 1000+hp N/A? Yes please

v12baker,
have yall considered using a holley high ram or 1.5 sectioned and fabricated over the ls plastic intak, perhaps even a victor jr intak manifold.?
obviously have no prob with welding cast aluminum.

I was thinking this or a bbk, weiand, or another LS intake that's metal.

The plane only went to like 4800rpm so intake was fine.

This one he is making a manifold to run the 1471 Littlefield.

I would lke to ask one question. For all the time and trouble to build a V12, have you given any consideration to building a V16? I was wondering if it would be any easier to do a V16 rather than a V12.
Thats what "I" was thinking myself but,..only a guess on my end.

Good use for the 1997/8 Valve Covers..haha

I wonder if that last half of the Crank welded in at 180* from where it's at now would make a difference...
