Default Wiring In A/C Recognition Circuit

What do I need to do to get the idle to bump when I turn the A/C on? There's a pin on the PCM for A/C request, and A/C signal.(on the red connector).
Do I run 12v to the A/C status pin, or something else? Is it even all that important for the idle to bump up?

It's really not all that important, the PCM will see a drop in rpm when the compressor kicks in and compensate for it with the IAC. Some people say just hooking 12 volts to the A/C request will bump the idle, but I've never tried it. If you want the PCM to control the compressor, you'll need the pressure sensors that go along with it.
