I guess it's time to get a build thread started. The car was my wife's very first car. We've had it ever since. I'm going to build a nice little SRT hunter out of it! Here's what I've done so far...

I got some stock wheels off of a Mustang (for free!) and ditched the stock 14" Volvo wheels. The picture of the Suburban is my project that I am just finishing up.

A guy where I live has an early 90s Volvo with an lt1/6 speed and he really fools some people that's for sure!

Test fit of the motor. I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to put the turbo up front or somewhere underneath. Opinions???

Modified the crossmember to let the motor sit lower. Next will be welding the motor mounts.

Welded in my motor mounts yesterday. Next I'll build a transmission crossmember and figure out steering.

Haven't posted on here in a little bit. Too many projects going on at once. I recently go ahold of a LS7 intake manifold and got a fuel cell, new B&M shifter, and a battery relocation kit. It should start coming along a little quicker now that I've knocked out a few of my other projects.
