I'd just keep an eye out on the forums for someone doing a disc brake conversion, then offer to buy the drum hubs. They're fairly inexpensive, though I understand there have been concerns with OE hubs.

I've noticed on some of the ls brake conversion brackets that there is some grinding of the bracket bolt into the spindle or some shimming under the bearing race to space out the hub.

Has anyone gone about countersinking the bracket bolts that go through the bracket into the spindle so that they don't interfere with the hub or rotor?
