Default 402 S475 Turbo G35 Coupe 851 rwhp 842 rwtq 16lbs

Working on completing for 402 S475 turbo. I know the S475 is a little small for my motor but only planning on running 10 lbs and didnt have much room for a turbo. I plan on running 110 race fuel and tuning myself. More pictures and info to come in a few after I get back from work.

We ran 10.7 @ 128 with et Streets NA and hoping in the 9s after with 10 lbs.

I can't believe you can fit all that in there. I barely have any room in my giant 1965 Impala.....with no wheel wells.

Its not easy and have to run smaller radiator. Don't have everything complete but looks like everything should go in smooth. A lot of trial and error to get it right. Gonna be putting a S480 in instead of the S475.

No kidding....that engine bay is tight and you fit everything like a glove. Great job and cant wait to see your results. Def a unique setup and you are going to catch a lot of people off guard.

It was probly this car for sale. I was gonna sell it and get a trans am built 5.3 and twins but decided to keep her since so much work is done to it and I know the history. It would be nice to have to fastest 350z/g35 street car. No back seat in the car anymore. All my fuel system takes up where the seats use to be.

I can't believe that Hi-Ram style intake fits under your hood. Crazy.

What gears out back?

Intake had to be shaved down a little but does fit. I love the look of the intake and if I wanted to boost more not have to worry about a fast cracking. So heres the run down.

402 LS2 based block-10cc mahle pistons
Callies Crank and rods
PRC LS6 stg 2.5 heads with hand port work
dual springs and titanium retainers
239/247 113 .620 cam
Ported LS6 Oil pump
Edelbrock high ram intake
Custom 2.5" hotside to T6 flange.
80-90lbs injectors not sure which one just yet.
S475 T6 1.32 AR for now
T56 with monster twin disc clutch / wilwood MC
Twin 255 intake walbro with return system. 6an lines
Solid front and rear diff bushings
3124 Weight with full interior but no backseats. Soon to be less with dual exhaust out from under it.

Plan on 10-15lbs of boost on street just to play around. If it blows then built 5.3 will be in there. lol

Hey I was wondering if you were able to get your speedo and tach to work
With the swap ??? Are you using Dakota digital? I'm doing the swap in my coupe now but with L92 ! I'm guessing you used sikky kit , beautiful build by the way

The speedo runs off ABS so its gonna work no matter. As far as a tach I have a big autometer hooked up to the PCM with a few resisters. I did use the Sikky kit but had issues. I ripped the motor mounts to pieces a few times and had to replace when I was at the track. I drilled them completely through and put a bolt straight to the motor to make solid mounts. If your running a T56 make sure you do the drill mod.

There was so much trial and error getting the car to where it was. Just to tear down and add turbo. lol. Anyway if your doing you swap I have a few of my parts that I can sell cheap to you so you wont have to go looking on how and what not. I have sikky oil pan, dual pass rad that is a must to keep from overheating, 1 7/8 Sikky long tube headers and 3" duals with borla xr-1s on the end. Let me know if you have any question, I've helped build two other G35s with LS swaps. 225-305-7015 Goodluck
