which headers?
Im looking to buy some Longtubes that will fit my 68 c10 swap with a 5.3.
I know Doug thorley makes some but they are out of my budget.
I have heard maybe the fbody or TBSS headers will fit with minimal issues.
Any ideas? Anyone selling a set?

WHAT MOTOR MOUNTS are you useing , cpp has some newer models that will work , if you have cpps older tubular type mounts you are in for a ride , can you weld/fab ? Check this thread

I believe pasesetters will fit your application , they are inexpensive , and occupy the same space as truck manifolds , I believe the set i got were for a 2001 silverado with a 5.3 that is what is in my truck , i just had to modify the front tubes on both sides because of cpps mount design , transdapt does not stick up like cpps do so I think they will be a direct fit , be aware you will need to cut the top of the frame on the pasenger side an inch or 2 , and a slight notch on the drivers side , as you would with stock truck manifolds
