LT to LS conversion underway, have a couple questions
My buddy and I are in the process of doing a LS1 conversion on my 93 LT1. So far we've dropped K member separated tranny off and sold some parts. Have a bunch of parts on order gaskets, torquer v3, ls6 oil pump, stuff like that I'm very excited! Anyways, tying up some loose ends was hoping to get help with. Does a LS fuel pump a direct replacement for LT? Wanna change it while it's in the air and don't know if I can look up one for a LS or stick with LT. Also are the drive shafts interchangeable? Lastly I've heard that Springs for a lt have a higher spring rate cuz of the lt being iron block and that if I put mine back on (Eibach) that the front may sit up a little and look funny cuz the lighter motor. Is it true? Anyone had that problem? I appreciate any info thanks!

some claim they will work, others say you need a different walbro pump.
both mount in the fuel tank. with my 96 lt1 fuel tank, I had minimal work to adapt the ls fuel pump.
knowing the type of car you are working on would be a little help.

The pumps them selves are the same it's the wiring that's different. I cheaped out/cheated for the season and ran the corvette regulator right off the intake. It's ugly but got the car running for the season.
The lt springs are stiffer. And like stated treks driveshaft will bolt right in. It's fun driving an LS swapped lt1 car around.
