oh most definitely, the 3v is a stout motor but just not worth what I'd invest to accomplish what I want. If the coyote wasn't so damned expensive I'd definitely go that route instead.

well i wanted the damn challenger! but in 08 the dealers were WAY over priving them and they were only autos. and the camaro want out either. and i have always been a mustang fan. but really i love all american cars/brands. im happy with the mustang. but thats why i have some of each brand to satisfy my thirst. so oh well. good luck with the build

ok so i dont wanna start a new thread and i have searched on here. but i have a question...

i have been known to be a little cheap from time to time and then over spend on other things...

the question is... i have the stock 5.3 harness. but i have a 4l80e trans. now i know the harness needs modded to work with the trans. but is there a write up somewhere that i cant find that show how to do this... oh should i just pay a vendor on here the $350 and have him do it? thanks

In this case I think it's time vs. money. I had a similar issue when I did the V6 into an MR2 a few years back. If I could have done it all over again,I would have just had the harness done and saved myself some time.

Great car. I would love to do a convertible continental. Charger looks sweet as well.

Awesome build. Any updates? Maybe some pics of the turbos bolted to the manifolds?

I was just looking at the pictures and it seems that it would be way easier to mount a modest size single turbo in that big open space behind the engine on the passenger side. Are you committed to running twins?

Well finally getting back to this car as time and money allows. Got her jacked back up today. Got the drums off to figure how to make my own disc brakes. thinking gt500 rotors and ctsv calipers.
will post pics of that tomorrow. Gonna separate the aluminum drums from the cast iron hubs tomorrow.

Here she is now

hey the old zephyr had a monster 12 right? go for it

as for me, I'd twin turbo a 4.8 iron block with some decent heads and go nuts with burn outs

I've got an old 560 sec mercedes and every time I see this I think about pulling the german engineering and building a truck bomb 4.8 with some hate

I've got 4 of these little suckers lined up in the build pipeline and its going to be a fun summer!
