Bolts right up just need proper 4.8 or 6.0 flywheel and pilot bearing. You can use the 4.8 6.0 clutch setup or use the 1988-1998 clutch setup and ream the holes to fit 4.8 6.0 flywheel. Need proper 4.8 6.0 clutch to flywheel bolts and flywheel bolts. The sachs nfw1050 flywheel is the cheapest to buy and has been working in my truck since 2011.
