Starting back on theback fush mount glass

Got the door glass working a little better also

Back on the windshield try and get it a little closer

Back Panel for interior with speaker holes and and compartment door

Glasses the exhaust holes up in the rear valance gonna make some new cooler ones

The rear valance also has the bottom half of the rear bumpers on it we made it slip into the top half so you can still have a removable rear valance instead of glassing it all in like everone else does makes the body and gas tank to hard to get off

What material did you use to make the door panels? And where do you get it?

Had to build a new gas tank I made it so I can get the new style fuel pump and sending unit in and out. The pump setup is for a C5 came with the Supercharger kit

While I was welding I had to modify the air intake a little to fit around the fans

awesome build , you have some amazing skills . I hope you document this well to show the insurance company so this can have awesome coverage .

I cant wait to see this beast done .

Two questions , Why an automatic trans? And why not use a 4l80? i know its larger but your modding everything else.

Well its been a long while since I posted any updates back on the Vette projectnow Sorry for the Delay

Picking up where I left off the Radiator is in to modify fit and tweek everything

Got the Battery box Fabbed up and installed Top Lef of pic gonna hide it with a fiberglass panel we made

Panel to hide battery in place and the air intake tube fabbed up

This is the piece we fabbed that goes across the bottom discharge from supercharger to innercooler

Back on the Body found a bad place in the fiberglass so cut it out to repair

Shaping up

Starting to get all the lines around the headlight doors even man this aint easy they are so uneven from the factory

More to come and I wont wait so long Thanks for all the complements

Sorry for the delayed reply I know its been a long time But as we all know Life happens, anyway At the suggestion of my trans guy I went with the 4 l65 for size and he assured me with the billet converter and the programmer we would be just fine. and Auto because we are all getting older lol don't care for pushing a clutch pedal anymore I grew up a 4 speed man but times change. Thanks for looking

Getting the door glass tracks hidden and molded in

Got the new rear tinted glass in had to see what it looked like in place to make sure its the same as the olfd one for fit. we made the door glass the same color tinted glass they look great sending them off now to be tempered

Rounding and smoothing all the inside edges of the front windshied base so it looks good with the molding around it and even all the way around Shaping up

getting the final bodywork done inside and out of door tracks

More fitting and tweeking of the side panels its almost ready for its first coat of primer

Smoothie, the same as everyone else have said, this is an incredible build! When my son was born in 1975, I brought him and his Mom home from the hospital in a black 1964 Corvette coupe. I will be following this project anxiously waiting to see your next posts! Thanks for sharing!!
