Default Cooling system

Hey guys,
I have been reading several different threads and several different forums on what the best solution is.

Background on the car;
5.3 swapped Miata
Griffin radiator in the trunk

Here is a little modification I made to the "no heater, stock style expansion tank"

Since the radiator is in the trunk, and it is laying flat, I don't think I have an option of running the radiator vent port to the expansion tank. So, I was looking at a Joes Racing Products expansion tank. It has an 1/8" NPT overflow fitting, 1/4" NPT "air bleed" (which is where I would dump the steam vents), and a 1/2" NPT going back to the water pump. The heater core line would be plugged. A LS1 thermostat will be used.

Does anyone see anything wrong with this? Hopefully this is in the right section.

Thanks,
Ryan
