I figured I'll share my build . To start off this is my first attempted swap. I have an 88 mustang 4 cyl auto. Swapping a 5.3 from a 2001 suburban with the stock 4l60e.
So far parts list that I have on the car.
Aje k member and trans
Psi harness dbw
Walbro 255
I installed new gas tank straps , pins, and bolts
That's pretty much it right now

I want to have it running in the next two weeks . I'm having a hard time trying to find a camaro radiator. I hope your notch didn't give u as much trouble as mine did trying to get the bolts off.

So far no trouble. Mine had 160k on it but there is no rust at all. Kind of surprised me how clean and not gunky the stuff was.
