Default SN95 Cobra LS Build

Well after going through many other cars after my LS fox build I figured I would build another Mustang. Picked up this little diamond in the rough fairly cheap. $1800 with a bunch of misc parts and a few surprises when I got it home. It was sitting in a barn for about 6 years and has not been touched.

This is a original Cobra with 60,000 on the car.
All stock with 8pt cage.

Plans are
Nitrous 6.0
Th400
Full Suspension
03/04 Cobra Interior

Lots more just have to get the project started.

Heres a few pics of the car as is when I unloaded it off the trailer.

Since then I have deleted ABS, started fixing wiring, getting rid of old parts for new. I will post pics as I make progress.

Here is a link to my old coupe build. You can expect the same kind of build out of this.

Its fairly simply. I bought a bunch of 3/16 brass fittings from the auto parts store and started working my there. I will take some pictures of how I ran the lines. I didnt have to buy any new brake line as it all fit pretty well.

Looks like a good roller to start with. I don't know why, but I never get tired of seeing swapped Mustangs!

Here is some update pictures. Its going slower than I thought but I am making progress. Its hard having a full time job and family and still trying to build a car. lol

Some shots of the ABS delete are in here as well. I painted the rusty spindles and brake calibers, also mocked up the K Member. Just waiting on my manual rack to get here and I will install it. I also have a set of aerospace brakes on the way just not sure if I am going to use them or not.

Also I attached a picture of my disaster of a garage right now haha.

Havent updated this thread in awhile. I have made alot of progress, I spend to much time on detail though I think so its progressing very slowly. The rear end now has a different cover on it but I dont have any pics of it yet.

Motor should be done this week and hopefully be ready to be installed.

Here is some new pics.

It's not so difficult. Remove the ABS controller up in front of the car and make new lines that go directly to the 4 corners of the car. Pull the rear axles and remove the tone rings or get new axles. keep in mind if you make new brake lines the `99 Mustang uses metric bubble flair connections, good luck.
