Default How to release the sensor at the PS rear of 6L80 ?

Trying to seperate a 6L80E and not sure how to remove the sensor in the rear
Twist? Pinch?
Might have to down load the app to post a pic

Main plug is twist the locking ring and pull. the others are dummy proof, so I'm positive you aren't referring to them.

Thanks 69, that got it. There was some kind of stamped piece, maybe a heat shield, that was keeping the tab from twisting

Trying to get this engine on the stand, suppose i can hi-jack my own thread. Moving on to the torque converter, that is released by the 3 bolts on the backside of the flywheel?

yup, remove the starter and motor mount on passenger side of motor for easiest access. You can use a long extension and impact to just zip them right out
