Default GMT800 to E40/T42 conversion table

I have just completed swapping from the GMT800 PCM to the later E40/T42 combination. This was a requirement for the CAN-BUS feature to run my Speedhut dash.
Along the way I modified the truck harness with the correct connectors for the E40/T42.
I also learned that an LS3 throttle body will work with this combination.
I did an exhaustive bit of research, most of it said this absolutely could not be done. Well I am here to tell you this is false!
I won't say it is cheap or easy, but it can be done.
EFI connection supplied all of the terminals and plugs for the swap, BlueCat Tuning did the basic PCM/TCM flash, a local auto salvage yard supplied the PCM and matching pedal assembly and an Ebay vendor provided the TB adapter. I proved that the LS3 throttle body will work without a hitch. Yes it will go to full throttle opening and not throw a code.
