I'm having trouble finding definitive answers on what the process is to get the T56 hydraulic pedal setup to work in the Fox cars. I'm helping a friend with a 84 Capri RS swap his 99 LS1 M6 pullout and I can't find any good pics or instructions on the process. Looking for whatever is the most straight forward way, I'm fairly unfamiliar with the M6 stuff.
Help? lol.
Help? lol.

I modified my pedal, mounted a Wilwood master to the firewall. I had to make a bracket to hold the master, and move the wire harness to under the fender. There are some photos in my photobucket. If you have any questions fell free to pm me.

call Mcleod and get the part number for this kit without the slave cylinder. order it from summit. the oem fbody hydraulic line and slave will work perfect with it, and it utilizes the stock fox 5 speed pedal assy

I built a plate out of 1/4 inch aluminum that bolted to the grommet around the column. then i attached the mc to the pedal with some flat strap with a bolt welded to it. it worked really well.

Well, I called Hanlon Motorsports and left a message stating that I have TEUT-11011 Ford T56 that I want to mate to LS engine and use cable operated clutch and TO bearing. Bob Hanlon called me back the next day to clarify everything. He called again today and said he had talked to QuickTime and they said I had two options, 1) Purchase LS BH and modify it so Ford T56 would bolt up, then mill BH for clutch fork slot. The milling process would warp the transmission side mating surface so that would also have to be trued. 2) QuickTime will build a custom one-off LS to Ford BH. Bob and I agreed on the custom BH.
The Ford adapter plate on the Magnum already has a pivot ball. Bob said he would make a pilot bearing and I may have to trim the sleeve that the TO bearing slides on. He also said McLeod or Ram dual disc clutch depending on how much room there is since the LS crank sticks out of the block more than a Ford Mod motor and McLeod disc are thinner.
I'm looking forward to starting on the transmission and bellhousing but it may be toward end of next month.

One off bell, bet that will be pricy. I really want to stick to the cable but seems to be a real pain in the ***. Hopefully by the time I get around to that point there will be a proven method/option. Good luck with this man, keep us posted

It's hard to believe that by this point there isn't one. Guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. Hopefully your swap goes painlessly and I'll just follow in your foot steps lol
