Default What throttle cable for fox swap?

Wrapping up a swap in a 95 mustang & don't know what to use for a throttle cable. Ideally I would like to find one that fits the firewall (2 bolt mount) correctly and modify the ends as needed.

What are you fox guys using? A cable from a 95 f-150 inline 6 looks like it may work but before I order one I thought I should ask here.

Hmmm, my stock cable is nowhere near that long. Gonna try one for a 92/93 F series pickup. Should be here in a couple days.

Ref. ATP Y614

Got the f-150 cable today, no deal, doesn't work. Going to mod the f- body cable with the mustang firewall fitting like I should have done in the first place.

I used a factory 5.0 throttle cable I drilled a hole in the casting on my old ls6 intake and tightened the metal table down with a small bolt/nut

There must have been a change to the cable for 1995. My stock 5.0 cable is about 4" short.

The lokar cable is cut to fit and it's not very pricey and looks nice as well.

I just did a swap on my 97 mustang. it had the v6 and that throttle cable looked like it would work perfectly. I am using dbw so I didn't use it but I did take it out after the motor was in just so I could see how it would work if I ever convert to cable

Lokar knockoff off ebay here. I think it is 40" and cut to fit.

Used an S10 cable from the junkyard on my Zephyr. Opened hole in firewall just a tad. Plugged right into the hole and was the perfect length. No modification needed to the cable. Using a truck intake.
