Hi guys. Just gettin ready to wire up my alternator, I'm using the existing 68 wiring harness on a carbed lm7. 2 wire plug does a body know exactly what wires to use I would like to leave as much stock as possible including the gen dash light if possible. All the posts I have read don't seem to give an exact answer plz help.

Depends on the year engine you have , but I used this ,Holley 197-400 Harness Pigtail, on my 64 chevelle , it has a built in resistor
