Default 1999 GT turbo 5.3/glide build

I guess its about time to start a build thread. I have a 35th anniversary Mustang GT. I started with a bone stock drivetrain, lowered on some 17" 03 cobra wheels. It was full bolt on for a while, but that wasnt enough. decided i wanted to do an LS swap. My intenions are to keep it streetable and reliable. HVAC, power steering, and power brakes are staying. I have a 4l80e that will eventually be swapped in, but for now I have a long tail th350 with a 3500rpm 9" tci converter. The engine is a stock long block lm7 with a 233/239 tsp cam, ls7 lifters, tsp 7.4 pushrods, pac .650 lift springs, and arp rod bolts. i have a 125hp shot for now, eventually want to go turbo.

I decided to ditch the header building idea and am supposed to pick up a set of 1 7/8 kooks this weekend. Should be making some progress this week as well.

I also decided to take it down to the car wash and vacuum out the inside and give it a quick wash.

Not real sure yet. Probably some sn95 gauges for now, eventually some autometers.

Well its been a while since i updated. I got the car together and made it to the track this past weekend and got it to run a 7.43 @ 94.5 in the 1/8 on a 150 shot. There's still a bunch of room for improvement. it really needs a looser converter and some rear suspension. Im pretty happy with the setup so far.

I swapped to a freakshow 4500 nitrous converter and some 28x12.50 ET Streets. Im hoping to break into the 6s on a 175 shot.
