2000-03 Truck DBW to LS2 DBW how to.
Finally figured this all out. Heres how I did it
A = PIN 8 TAC MOTOR CONTROL
B = PIN 16 TAC MOTOR CONTROL
C = PIN 3 GROUND REF
D = PIN 11 TPS SIG
E = PIN 9 5 VOLT REF
F = PIN1 TPS SIG
Basically you wire these to the TAC main plug. There a 16 pins total
Pin 7 is 12 volts
Pin 15 is ground
Pin 12 go to pcm blue pin 14
pin 13 go to pcm blue pin 15
Here is a working hptuners tune file for this. electric fans work as well.

This mod made a big difference in throttle response from a 78mm tb to 90mm tb. I used a gen 4 truck intake on my gen 3.

This only works on the blue and red PCMS as well as the early style TAC module. (Its all plastic. The 04-07 have a metal back plate) You cannot load this Operating system to a blue green PCM. I tried... HPtuners said no way. I learned that the early 2000 truck OS does not operate the fans correctly. I modded a slightly new DBC OS and changed it to DBW and got the fans working properly. Please pm if you need any help with this. I can also make a new DBW harness if you want to change from DBC. Cruise functions as well which is awesome. I'm installing an LS2 intake on the motor this week with my new swap harness I manufacture as well. Ill post pics later this week.
