Default 4.8L LR4. Jeep CJ7 conversion

I'm in the middle of installing a 2006, 4.8l vortec in a 1977 jeep. I decided to use vortec under hood fuse block in order to simplify electronics.. I currently have 12 running to ignition switch.. Switched b+ back to c1a6(pink); Crank voltage to c1 a3 ( yellow)... Shorted c2 f11 park neutral to switched b+.. C3f1 fuel pump ( grey) to pump... At this point,, I turn on ignition and fuel pump turns on.. I turn to crank and starter turns over and I have full control over throttle via drive by wire... But no start. I have fuel but no spark.. Do I need to take all pink ignition wires to switched b+.. When I place a volt meter on pink leads in c1, some read 12v... Others lead 4 to 6 volts....Any idea what I am missing... I suspect it is something simple... Any suggestions????

All fuses are good. Engine control reprogrammed by Novak.. Removed security, O2 .. Switch to manual transmission... Will take a close look at grounds... Will coil have switched b+ when ignition on regardless of controller status

it is my Understanding that the pink wire on each coil bank should be switched B+.. Do each of these wires end up on connector c1 in the underhood fuse block.. If so can I simply ohm out each coil wire... Identify on c1 and connect to switched b+

Yes all of the pink wires in the fuse block are ignition controlled batt voltage(power when key in the run position).

What year fuse block do you have vs what year harness. I have seen an issue of no start from a friend of a friend with a jeep that he used a truck harness that i made stand alone and a truck fuse block.

I have a 2006 4.8l lr4 engine and harness.. I do not know if it is van truck etc... The junction block is from 2006 truck..

Pink wire on coil pack is connected to switched 12v..
I have seen a few post that say a lead on c100 must be connected to switch 12v.. They reference pink wire.. I do not have a pink wire on c100... Is a connection required.. Could this be the issue. Thank you.. Thank you!!

http://lt1swap.com/underhoodfuseblock.htm
check out that link.

C100 sounds like it is just for transmission controls.

What about your grounds? Should be 1 at the back to the passenver side of the oil pressure sensor and 1 on the block behind the power steering pump. This is with a truck harness Im not sure about a van or others.
