Default Help With Stand Alone Harness Conversion

Is there a thread showing how to do this for dummies? I seen a ton of different thread showing pieces for different application but no one complete thread.
I have a 1998 LS1 harness with t56. I need to make it a stand alone. I have removed the wires that are not needed using the pin out chart. I need help with the rest. How to wire and make the relays box for the fans and fuel pump, connecting to 12v power and so on.

make sure you use a 98 pcm, or repin your harness for 99-02 pcm.

Just go through lt1swap site, pretyy much all pinks go on switched 12v, depending how many of them are try not to have too many into one, there might be one or two orange ones that will need constant power. Make sure you label so you dont forget what wires you still have left.
