I have changed to the GM performance retrofit oilpan and see that this oil pan does'nt fit the 6L90E tranny regarding all the bolt under the tranny. One of the bolts does'nt match up with the bolt holes on the oilpan and the question a have shuold this be a problem for me ?????

Intersting. I don't think that should be an issue, but I'm not an engineer. There should be 6 or 7 other bolts mounting the trans to the engine, right? I can't imagine there is that much torque on the oil pan, but again, I'm not an engineer.

It wont matter. People running older trans like TH350/400 loose both pan bolts and an upper BH bolt and the trans doesnt snap off

Any other clearance issues on the front end, using stock LSA accessory drive I assume? I'm doing basically the same in my 72. What hood are you using? I also don't think that one bolt is going to give you any trouble if missing.
