The last picture is how I currently have it wired for when I had my big block in the truck.

I have the green and the purple wires coming from the PCM, how do I connect them to make it work?

When I had my computer flashed I did it to work with the 16 pulse per revolution.

The ecu needs a 2 wire VSS sine wave signal.

Get a 2 wire VSS from Dakota digital, wire it as in figure 2 if you want the ecu and speedo to work. You'll need to reflash for correct speed.
