Default LS2 swap into 6.0 2500 truck. what's needed?

I've got an LS2 that was built for my car but then I ended up getting a different motor while waiting for this one. I've got a 2000 chevy 2500 that had a 6.0 in it. (was removed for my brothers car) What all would be different and what would I need to get to drop this motor in the truck so I could have some fun with it?

From my googling, it looks like I will need a conversion box for the crank sensor, and then a knock sensor estension harness. Will I also need to get ls1 style knock sensors or will the ones in my ls2 work?

Also, can the factory ecm in the truck be retuned to run the ls2?

Yeah if you don't mind the 100lb weight penalty, the iron block engines are hard to beat since they are more affordable.

Not all LS2's have the 58 tooth reluctor. You need to verify which one the LS2 is before worrying about the conversion box, but yes in that even you need the conversion box and the knock sensor setup. As far as the tune goes, yes, a 6.0 Silverado tune should work fine, and then adjust the injector data to what ever injectors you are running.
