EFI SBC vs LS
I have an opportunity to work out a trade for a 383 SBC with carrillo rods, 6-71 Blower and a Force EFI Blower setup ($6000 EFI Setup)
Now I know I am going to get a lot of biased opinions but with a built SBC that's rated at 1200 HP and I can De-Tune to around 700-800 what do you think would be the better route.
I know all the arguments but no one seems to address aftermarket EFI on a sbc vs LSx
This is not going to be a daily driver and just a fun weekend car. So all the MPG arguments aside (running a TH400) will a LSx really be that much better factoring mounts, Headers, and extra issue setting it in.
