I am putting a 5.3 vortec lm7 in a 1962 Nova. I want to boost hp and sound but not get out of hand. What Cam should I go with?

That is an opened never ending question. Short answer is all of them work great !

Real question that will get you a great answer is a question that has much information on what setup the engine has, what trans, rear gears, what mods to each.... and more importantly is what is the intended use or type of driving it well be used for.
The more information you give, the more the question will answer itself or suggested answers.
