Holley is making a complete swap system for second gen f-bodies. Everything is engineered to work together, so you don't have to guess what parts may or may not work.

CARSHOP 1" setback
2. What Oil pan?
98-02 F-body
3. What headers you using?
Dougs Headers

No. GMPP Vette FEAD. Some have issues with powersteering pulley hitting the steering box. There is a pulley swap to solve this. Some Firbirds have a centerlink that interfere too. This seems to only happen on Pontiacs F-bodys IIRC.
I prefer the F-body FEAD over the Vette lookwise, but I didn't want to chance it.

As Andrew mentioned, Holley had a engineered kit. If the odd looking (IMO) primary header routing doesn't bother you, then Holley's kit seems to be the best setup out there IMO. Buy-install-drive
