Default LS3 -> 58X or 24X?

I've been looking at harnesses at a couple different vendors. ONe lists LS3 under 58X and the other lists it under 24X.

I have the crate LS3 / 430 engine from Jegs.

Not sure what else I need to know in order to order all the stuff I need. I know I need a harness, ECM, Pedal, drive by wire.

Probably some type of MAF.

Do I need a TAC module for Cruise control stuff? Seems when I look at those, they are for older cars than this LS3.

As you can probably tell, I'm pretty green.

All the GM crate LS3's are 58X. I am not running a TAC on my 58x LS2. I believe they were only used on the older DBW using the 411 ecm with green/blue plugs. On the harness, talk to John with Modern Vintage Systems 317 224-6689

Roger,

If you are going to buy a GM LS3 430/480/525 HP versions, GMPP sells matching harness and ECU kits. Plug and play and already tuned.

All Gen IV engines are 58 tooth and the DBW does not use a TAC module. Also, all Gen IV pedals are interchangeable (stay away from GTO pedals).
