2002 LQ4 going into 1962 caddy. With a 4l80E I just bought the motor and the tranny, but have tons of questions.. lol
Has anyone done this before that is on this site?
I have a rebuilt 390 but really want the reliability with FI and dont have to worry about it being cold, hot, etc. Just start and drive.
Planning on making my own motor mounts, tranny mounts.
First few quesitons is that I bought a tranny and cant find anything about what year and where it came from.
The tag says

Everything I find says 1991 or later. I nee dto buy a converter dust cover and a starter for the combo and want to make sure to order the correct one.
Also any one other than I know about Just Chevy;s convert the harness to run stand alone that you have used...
