Default Seal off port opening

2007 LS 5.3 swap into my 1948 Chevy 5 window. Not using power booster. How do I remove the factory port fitting? What is the best way to plug the opening?

I think mine had some sort of push lock thing that I broke trying to remove. I ended up hammering it out and tapping it for an big button headed allen with some red rtv on it.

The nipple where the hose attaches has a red ring part behind it, push in on the red part and pull out on the nipple and it will come out. Then get a plug for a hydroboost truck and put it in there and you're done.

Just cap it off with a universal vacuum cap,or you can get the plug for a truck with hydroboost from the dealer or maybe someone here could throw one in an envelope for you.Its been a while, but I think you push on the retainer ring and push/pull on the nipple at the same time to pop it out,do it gently or you could break your intake.
