New to the forum , I've been reading it for a while in preparation for my la swap project. I need help on selecting the correct small block Chevy engine mount stand that will work with trans dapt adaptor plates, I purchased a set for a 69 camaro small block but the are about an inch short ( need a taller stand ) any suggestions ,Thanks

Do yourself a favor and go with the Holley LS swap set up. They designed the components (mounts/headers) to work together and still have good ground clearance. I don't have personal experience with the kit (it came out after I did my swap), but others have used them with good results.

I just used all the Holley stuff on mine and would recommend it if your not to far along. Everything fit right away and the headers are tucked up nicely.
