I have the option to buy a 04 GTO intake minus TB. I'm currently doing a 64 Chevelle build with a 03 6.0L.(DBW) I am new at this so bare with me, will this GTO intake work on my 6.0? Will I have to get a different TB and fuel rails? Seller says he has other parts valve covers, and other parts, he may the fuel rails/injectors. Had planned on keeping everything stock as possible but the GTO intake looks so much better. Haven't actually started the motor part of the build yet but don't want to miss out on these parts.

There isn't any power gains with the LS6 intake compared to the truck intake.
You'll need the fuel rails that match the intake. If you have truck accessories, you may need to relocate the idler pulley as it interferes with the lower throttle body on the car intakes.

There is a power gain with the LS6 Intake, about 7hp up top on the small cube Engines with a few gain in torque in the bottom end.

I use the LS1 Fbody Accessories on my 6.0l in my SS, nice and compact. Look into them if you can find them.
