they make banjo fittings with an -6AN male end on them.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/6AN-transmis...1UvYUn&vxp=mtr

cant imagine they flow very well though.

I have used the regular 9/16 oring to male AN and then the 90* hose end and it works well. projects about 2" off the case.

Do you have room for one of these?

You will have to use the o-ring fitting, then adapt from there, just put a 70E in, same package as you are doing now....

I bought a set of those but the thread size is incorrect.......can't use them....They would have worked perfectly if the threads were correct.......Darn !!!...........I'm trying to find the 9/16 threaded ones you are talking about.....

I think you'll want one with a crush washer instead of a oring

No you won't. The later model 4L70E's are not at all like the 60E. There is no smooth edge for a crush washer to seal against. There is only a pocket for the o-ring, just like the factory fitting that came out of it...

Ken - For the life of me, I can't remember where I read it, but I think I read somewhere that banjo didn't flow enough and even transmission experts don't suggest doing a 90* I am planning on using these, but expect to have to clearance the floor to make some room. http://smile.amazon.com/Russell-6604...ilpage_o05_s00

Those won't work on your 70E. You need the o-ring style, the thread pitch is also different....

Those won't work either, unless you 70E is pre 2008, like rorm a TBSS. The fittings you need are 9/16 x 18 o-ring style.....I posted the link above.

T,
Argh. Thanks Tom. Do you have a part number? Russell, Fragola, TCI...don't really care. Just want to make sure I get the right ones. I'm planning on ordering the Connect and Cruise set up from GMPP, so I assume it won't be an older 4l70e
