Default 63 Bel Air Wagon - EFI fuel tank???

I've looked all over the place and I'm not seeing an offering that utilizes the factory tank location. I have the 3rd row seat and my air setup is in the spare tire well.

Does anyone know of a solution that would allow to me run a 6.0?? I would hate to be stuck with SBC/BBC but I guess it is what it is. My only other thought would be to lose the 3rd row and fit a fuel cell in that space...but the 3rd row is very desirable!

Any help would be appreciated!

Don't need an aftermarket tank to run fuel injection if that is what you're asking. There are plenty of fuel pump solutions with external pumps. Adding a larger supply and a return line to the OG tank is easy enough

Okay I was under the assumption a special tank was needed that included baffle(s). This is my first "old car" and I see there are many manufacturers that make tanks specifically for this purpose. Apparently my model/year is unique as there isn't a mass-produced option.

I'm well versed with the LSA platform so I'm learning along the way.

I'll look into external pumps.

I use an external Bosch pump from a 1992 to 1995 Mercedes 500E (500SL, 500S is the same, for sure). They are cheap, quiet and ultra reliable and support 330 horse in their native application. Mercedes runs them in series for redundancy. I run a single using their vibration isolating mounts. Works great. Just mount it low so it doesn't have to fight head, maybe at the lowest level of the frame.

Super cool wagon btw. I'm a member of the Long roof Society as well.

I have a 1964 Chevelle Wagon with the third row seat option. The tank is the golden unicorn tank which cannot be found on the face of the earth. My choices were to have a tank fabbed, use an external pump or cut into the original tank. I bought a kit from Tanks Inc. that has a sump and bolts into original tank (you have to cut a 4" hole in tank). I actually cut a bigger square hole and made a recess area so the fittings would clear the floor. I like using in tank pump because it is quieter and fuel keeps it cool. If money was not object I would have got a custom tank. The tank on the wagon is in a really tight spot though and I can imagine that even a custom tank would have been tricky to make. Another option I have seen lately was Holley HydraMat. https://www.holley.com/products/fuel_systems/hydramat/
This stuff would solve the problem of not having a sump in your original tank and there might even be a way to use this stuff and mount a fuel pump on your original fuel pick up and get it thru the original hole on the tank?? New stuff comes out all the time for these swaps, do a little searching and maybe you will come up with something even better Good luck on your wagon!

Simply grab the OEM GM fuel bucket from the 6.0l you are putting in the wagon, then install it either by using the "vetteworks" kit or engineer your own way to mount the bucket. The bucket removes the need for baffling and is more dependable and quiet than an external pump.

I put a tanks inc kit on my old set up, you can do something like this with your factory tank with little effort. Has the baffling included

No one makes 58-64 wagon tanks. Any one of the suggested external pumps will work great with minimal fab work, I wouldn't suggest a drop in pump because of the funny placement and shape of this style tank as well as the placement of the filler on the top of the wagon tank. I have a 61 parkwood

itguy...I assume your tank stands upright in the wheel well like an "A-body" (Chevelle), like this...

This is what I did for an "in tank pump" solution...
