Default Transmission bellhousing bolts on oil pan - how important?

I am swapping an LS1 into an S13 240SX. And I need to get a front sump oil pan. Most all of these pans lack the stock bolt holes for the transmission. But the one exception is the Sikky oil pan. It also costs about TWICE as much as other options like the Canton 15-276 and Moroso 20146. But is it really SO important that I get an oil pan that the transmission can bolt to that I cough up the extra cash? Or will I be OKAY with a cheaper pan (like the Canton or Moroso) that lacks these provisions?

The additional bolts are only there for potential NVH issues and will work fine without them. I typically can't use them because I don't have the proper pan or matching transmission.

I leave the cover (and thusly the lowest 2 bolts) off my 4l80e's, i think most people do.
