Default Looking at an '88 Supra to swap LS in, have a few questions

I found a very solid MkIII Supra turbo roller and think this would be an awesome swap that shouldn't take very long to get on the road since it really only needs an engine. I'm thinking a 5.3 with the R154/Novak adapter since the transmission is still good. I've seen some builds with the motor mounts adapted from here:
http://www.progressiveautomotive.com...or-mounts.html

or a whole kit from here:
http://stores.lsxeverything.com/toyo...i-ls-swap-kit/

Has anyone done that kit and can recommend it or not?

I also see that the 1st gen CTS-V exhaust manifolds with a little grinding work, although it has been suggested that 5th gen Camaro manifolds might work as well? Is that true and would they be cheaper? What kind of radiator/fan works best here? What are the best accessories and mounts for everything and to keep A/C? I'm fairly mechanically inclined, but have never done a swap before. My biggest question is how to do the wiring to make the stock stuff work, or can I just junk the stock stuff and use aftermarket? I really don't know how much of the wiring has to intermingle, but I'm not afraid or new to redoing wiring.

Please no 1jz/2jz/123uz whatever questions. The original motor is dead, and I like V8s. Thanks for your help in advance!
