LS Swap in 87 G body, twin turbos and A/C?
So I'm getting ready to LS swap my 87 Regal, I would like to do twins and keep the A/C. Does anyone have any experience with this or have any pics they can post? I know CX racing has a kit but I will most likely fab my own kit, looking for pictures and advice, thanks.

Holley now has high-mount and low-mount Sanden A/C compressor mounting brackets for the passenger side of the engine that have both been confirmed to fit in G-bodies when using the Hooker G-body engine swap brackets.

All depends on what mounts and oil pan you use. I have BRP and cant get any manifolds to clear, however I don't know if the truck low mount compressor would fit with any other type of mount. And if you are wanting to do twin turbos that doesn't leave much room for a high mount ac.

Holley has just released a low-mount Sanden SD7B10 A/C compressor bracket that is installable in G-bodies at the F-body and truck offsets when using the Hooker G-body engine brackets.

Thanks guys, I checked out Holley's page, they have part numbers but state that they are not available, so I will follow up on that. I'm not scared to notch the frame if need be.

If you use the Holley low-mount compressor bracket with the Hooker G-body engine brackets, no frame notching will be needed at either the F-body or truck offsets. You can't install the bracket on a G-body at the Corvette offset as it will cause interference between the tensioner pulley bracket and the idler arm at maximum steer angle.

Dirty Dingo has a low mount, does anyone have any experience with the Sanden SD7B10 compressor? Is it compatible with the 87 AC system?
