Thanks!! Luckily I had my brother to help with the merge pipe. I already had the flanges on the manifolds from when I first started the LS swap that made removing and installing the merge pipe so much easier. It took me a week to get it back up and running. I wasn't expecting it to be this quick of a project. Everything came together really smoothly.

80 pounders was the last thing I was waiting on for the dyno.
Any guesses on what it will make?

Lq4 with a comp cam 228/230 .571 lift
4l80e stock converter
7668 turbo
As for fuel we are going to try e85 with one intank walbro 450 pump 80 pound injectors, hoping that's enough fuel for a 10 pound spring.

My guess it will be in the 520 range dyno should be on wens.

Getting on the dyno this afternoon. Last. Ight I finished her up welded on the wideband bung. I know it's close to the end of the down pipe but I plan on extending it further.

Any guesses on how much power it's gonna make today?

It made 606hp and 575tq. This thing is a beast!!!now I just need a TQ converter. It was making about 9psi on a 10 pound spring. Really pleased with the results far exceeded what I was expecting.

I should of explained that in the video. The oil restrictor might be too large on the turbo feed line. I installed a melling oil pump and it's making about 100psi at higher rpms. I also have to take a look at the drain hose. It was only smoking on the dyno, once we got it on the street didn't noticed much smoke. Might also be the angle it was at on the dyno.

Thanks!!! Injector duty cycle was at 80 percent. We are thinking there's enough fuel for 650 to 700hp. I need gen 4 rods and a second pump, that's next along with a triple disk TQ converter. My goal is to hit 1000 wheel, so it's getting there

So here is a break down of the build cost. Some of the parts I had to estimate the cost but this will give you a good idea if someone is trying to set a budget on their build. I'll start by saying making big power doesn't always have to cost an arm and a leg. Sure I'm not making huge numbers but I'd say it's pretty good for what I've spent so far.
I'm sure I'm missing a few little odds and ends but got most of the important things.

Purchased the car for $600
Parts sold off the car
Motor-300
Tranny-300
Axle-100
Engine harness and pcm-120
Made 820 I'll minus that at the end of total.

4l80e from pick and pull-100
Lq4 long block-600
AJE k-member and mounts-350
ARP head bolts ls9 head gaskets-300
Motor accessories and intake ECT...-400
LS swap harness-600
Exhaust-600

Fuel system
Walbro 450 pump-120
6an PTFE fuel line and fitting from Fragola-200
Division x fuel filter for e85-150
Fuel pick up hat with 6an feed and return-170
AEM wideband-180
Turbonetics 76/68 billet wheel ball bearing-530 used off eBay
Tial waste gate-380
Intercooler kit CX racing-550
Dyno tunning-500
Retune-200

Total build cost:$5930 minus the $820 I made from the parts I sold comes out to $5010.
