E38 rpm no injecotor or coil pulse

Default E38 rpm no injecotor or coil pulse

84 trans an
new harness from spear tech
Ran ignition and power to the battery

Coils and injectors have 12 key on and cranking
Rpm in my scanner works around 160
1 ground on their harness goes to the back on the head, verified good

What will keep it from having injector and coil pulse?

Cam wires are good, and tried to start with cam unplugged also

Do you have a ground from the chasis to the motor? Do you have a ground from the frame to the motor? Where does the ground wire on your battery go? What guage are your battery wires? Those grounds should be like a "Y" with the block at the center of the "Y". This will prevent ground loops. By the way I am not saying this is your problem but a place to start.
