Default Throttle Cable: Difference between 99-99 and 00-02?

Looking for a throttle cable for an LS2 swap into my 97 camaro. There is a different part number for a 98-99 and 00-02. Can anyone tell me what the difference is?

Only difference I'm aware of is traction control and non traction control. In a swap I would just get the cheapest one.

Apparently there are two part numbers - 90-99 (12565559) and 00-02 (12565560) for non TCS. I cant seem to find a single thing as to why they would be different, but they seem to have a different price.
