Good job, nice craftsmanship. Have to let us know how it is when you start turning it up. I have the ms3pro on my nitrous corvette and I was able to get that thing to hook on the ice and cut a 1.8 60' with the launch retard and driveline speed sensors doing their thing.

got the belt figured out. staying on at 7400 so should be fine. only issue now is a vibration at 70. ordered a 2 degree shim to hopefully fix it.

pics from driving it.

I got about 500 miles on it now. its a good runner and feels amazing at 16 psi and i 18 degree of timing. its up on jack stands replacing the blown out shows on the rear and changing all the fluids and try to fix this vibration. on the slip yoke i got a tiny bit of play up and down. its a roller tail with strange roller yoke. not sure if i should have play here or not.

well took it to the track for the first time ever. got to make one pass. i spun and it hit 7K off trans brake. when it hit 7K it shifted to 2nd. Went ahead and stayed in in. Pull a 2.4 60 7.70 1/8th at 116. from 23 to 116 i was in high gear lol. this was on low boost. decent data and def need to warm up tires more. Got alot to learn with this thing but it sure is a beast for only teen boost.

Did some measuring last night and it looks like i can fit a Frozen Boost type 17 intercooler in between frame rails and a type 100 heat exchanger in the grill area. What are some common tank sizes ppl have been using? Wanted to use the heat exchanger cause this will see alot of street time. thinking a RULE 2000 or 3700 in the tank will do. I really wanted to do the intercooler in the intake but also want to keep my wipers just in case. Ill have to trim my Racers Edge hood back to fit the cowl but itll be worth it im sure. Anyone have a real world experience with the frozen boost set ups?

Been a bit since I have checked in on this. Glad to see you got it out and driving. Making some mph in the 1/8 already. Should be a hell of a ride next year when you really get some seat time.

well guess its time to start working on this pile again. back on the jack stands for a few upgrades. checked out everything under it and all looked good. Will be putting on full exhaust with a Loud Valve that ill control from ECU or switch using mac valve and compressed air. also will be installing the intercooler once i can order one.

Got wipers back in and will just need to trim the hood to fit cowl and wipers

Hopefully when i get back from Florida i will be able to order the intercooler. looks like its out of stock and no clue when it'll be back in stock. will be changing out the brake master to a smaller bore. The 1.125 bore i have in now sucks and pedal is really hard to press. will try the 7/8 next and if that doesn't work ill be going back to power brakes until i can order some fancy brakes.

my tiny garage needs all the room i can get out of it so removed that damn shelf out of my way
Just another ls10 408 s485 glide build-yfwadsbl.jpg

pre filter had some metal from gas tank sump build.
Just another ls10 408 s485 glide build-neu07q2l.jpg

post filter didnt show any big things but it was nasty also. first filter change on new set up guess u will have that
Just another ls10 408 s485 glide build-k92qknxl.jpg

Ran some 93 for a little and shut it down. will be removing trans cooler to rear most likely to make room for the intercooler. i almost think a 417 would clear the wiper motor. wish i had a buddy that had one i can try one.
will be pulling master cyl soon and wiring in a flex fuel sensor, coolant pressure, rewiring shifter, and cleaning up some of the wiring under dash. come on spring.
