Few more parts showed up. nothing major. Will say I'm quite impressed with AAW's wiring kit/packaging. Also received my BIM for the Holley efi system with Dakota Digital HDX gauges. should be plug n play at this point. I'm anxiously awaiting my center section and axles, and also my Ricks efi tank that's almost done

Finally, it has arrived. My efi tank I ordered. Heres some pics. Had the tank notched up top for the frame rails we moved over 5" inward.

So just alil update on the 4link progress. This part of the build I ve had very little hand in. Its more of a technical side I'm less familiar with. But Mike is on it and seems to be going well.

while he s having all the fun mocking up and measuring twice on the 4link,...I went ahead and treated myself to a new to me Daily Driver. It covers all my bases-Ls equipped, 4door w/baby seat, family cruiser, oh and did I mention its got an LS2? lol j/k.

so here it is...2007 CTS-V w/23,000 original miles. Scored a sweet deal. its hard to find a 10 yr old car like this with such low mileage and in mint condition. It has a Magnaflow dual 3" exhaust, CAI, and Hurst short shifter kit. also came with a brand new set of Michelin tires. I value that stuff alone at almost 3k as I would have prolly done the same things initially myself. This car is hella fun right now, and reminds me how much I suck at driving stick, lol. Should keep me entertained while progress on the nova rolls on!

Buttoning up some lose ends. Trans/driveshaft tunnel lifted and stitched back in. Some poor guy has a lot of grinding and seam sealing to do! lol
Driveshaft built-3.5" with spicer ends and 1350 joints

UNDER ITS OWN WIEGHT AND ROLLING AGAIN!!! Huge milestone...effn huge. I'm so super pumped again. Been almost 2years since I ve orderd up those rear wheels and pictured em under my car. Ride height will/has come down some more since this pic. Just preliminary adjustments/settings for now. This thing is pure beast, damn near a full framed chassis under there. Defly isn't no wimpy tin can anymore(please excuse the hoodrat grammar, I thought it works here)

Next up, Roll bar and driveshaft loop. I fought with myself long and hard about rollbar vs. rollcage. In the end, the rollbar will do as its primarily a streetcar and id like to cruise in style and comfort. The roll bar still ads safety, but primarily will stiffen up the chassis and tie the car together that much more we feel. We are still aiming to get a backseat in it. Unlikely it ll ever get used, but it ll be there and functional! Shoulder belt cross bar will be removable. Mike was able to score some locally sourced chromoly tubing and bend it up himself from straight sticks
