Don’t go buying a different intercooler yet. Bet your exhaust is just heat soaking your charge piping. They are pretty close and in an area that doesn’t circulate air well. Do some heat wrapping and charge pipe wrapping. I’ve got a roll of black heat wrap you can have. I think it’s 15 meters looking at the label.

Ok we all said things we didn't mean i shouldn't have called your mom those names lol so let's work this out!! First thing iat is high let's figure out how to fix it I run eBay intercooler no problems at all but nothing wrong with meth hell who needs teeth. I run dual nozzles progressive controlled but if I had to do it again I would buy a pump and a tank and do it myself it's simple run a hobbs switch kick it on at 3psi or kick one nozzle on at 3 an one on at 5 if your creative but on 10 psi I would kick on both full blast at 5psi u know I love ya right

I got an 11.3 out of it tonight spinning off the line pretty hard. It for sure has 10s in it

i think I have a random piece in the garage. If I can’t find it I’ll let you know. My garage looks like a crime scene after scrambling to finish this car

Let's see, budget build, $200 turbo, first track outing and you're tickling the tens, he'll yea man I'd call that a win !! I'm happy for ya man. Get those iats under control, crank boost to 14/15, and ur running mid to low tend all day everyday without breaking a sweat. Why were u spinning so bad? You got a good tire under it...

I need to get my line lock plumbed in this weekend so I can get a better/easier burnout. That may have been a lot of my problems.

Well happens to run across this....

has a crazy amount of shaft play. Could possibly be my fault, not even sure what size the restrictor is on the feed plate.....

all the eBay turbo haters will be disappointed...my restrictor is too small...I’ll take the blame on that one.

So I’ll have to wait until next Friday but I’ll order another turbo and drill this restrictor out to .080

If it's a journal bearing turbo you need to be running a 4an straight in with no restrictor.

When I bought my gt45, Viren from vs racing told me no restrictor, only in cases of stupid crazy oil pressure, -4 an for me

same here. no restrictor on the gt45 i ran. no issues for over 2 years. hope its not completely shot. if your buying another turbo you can always get the billet 7875

I say trash that one I had one do same thing 20 min after install it wasn't restricted either and I threw it away got a vs billet 88 used it until I got my s476 and I run mid nines on 15#s and I have a worst sixty foot.than u i use no linelock or transbrake even tho I have them until my ultra bell.gets put on
