Default Plug wires?

In have a set of Moroso ultra 40 race 73535 wires for a LS1 but they are too short for my LQ4 and billet valve covers.

What are you guys using for your swaps with taller valve covers?

Moroso ones I have are 8.5 inches, I’d say at least two inches too short

Get a good set of truck wires. They are longer than the F bodys and others. Denmah made 1000 whp on a set of 150,000 mile stockers.

LT1 or like 96 trucks with TBI 350s will work in a pinch but will be long. Very long. I got some cheap taylor cut to fit wires and the taylor LS1 coil boot kit

I bought a few 5.3 engines and have a huge pile of stock wires. They are all randomly good/bad. Some have good resistance, some are terrible. I wouldn't use stock wires anymore, given the price of new ones.
