66 Nova wagon LS6
Hi. I posted my first post in the introduction section. I am finishing up a 66 Nova wagon 2 door conversion with an LS6/4L65E power train. Here are some of the assembly pics.

More pics. I have tried this 3 times. I don't know why it's printing the pics twice.

I bought them new and yes they are pricey but I got a killer deal on the engine so I thought I could justify it. I have about 8K including engine, intake, PSI harness, valve covers, March pulley system and headers. Not too bad.

If you click on one of the above pics posted thru flickr it will take you to my flickr album of 200 plus pics. These are assembly pics. I have another 200 to 300 picks of the fabrication process that haven't been loaded to flickr as of yet. That's a major undertaking. LOL

I didn't want it to look like a pro touring build. I used an early Ford Maverick rear because it's 1.5'' narrower than the stock Nova. That allows me to run a deeper offset wheel. Also went from 9.5'' x 2'' drums to 10'' x 2''. Not a big difference but it all helps. This car will eventually be a driver. I plan on some long road trips with it. It will never see the track. Rear drum brakes have worked well for many years.
