Default Brake vacuum block off

I need to block off my brake vacuum line at the intake. I was able to remove the tube but I need to remove the Red Retainer that's still in the manifold so I can seal that hole. Any suggestions ?

Thanks Tony

Truck intake? You dont remove the red part, you push in on that to remove the nipple, then replace the nipple with a block off.

I dont think anyone has been successful in finding a part number for them, but I have one I'd sell for a couple bucks plus shipping.

I like that idea and yes it is a Truck intake 07 tbss. So you think it would snap in and give me a good seal ?

Just PM me with all the details and I'll get it back to you.

Thanks again, Tony McMillan

You did just push the red part in and pull out hlthe hose nipple, right? If so this will go in and seal fine, but if anything got messed up by forcibly removing your part I cant say. This is a factory piece off os a hydroboost equipped truck, so I would put your piece back in and make sure it fits good still, and if it does, then so will this.
