Hey All,
I'm working on getting my ac finished up and can't get the fittings to seal at the accumulator (Four Seasons 83106). It's been a while since I took the system apart and I can't remember how the o-rings were supposed to fit. Also not sure if I'm supposed to be using the metal captive part.

In the pictures below, do I have the correct # of o-rings and o-ring positioning/sequence? Let me know if I need to give more info or pics.

specs: 05 Jeep TJ with 05 LS2, sanden 508 (SD5H14) compressor, R134a

The o-rings look like they are on the o-ring glands correctly. The thin metal piece should not affect anything; it looks like a screw retainer and could probably be removed, but doesn't really matter. Did you try putting in new o-rings and putting a light rub of compressor oil or other AC assembly lube on them?

I assume those white plastic parts in the accumulator are just plastic plugs?

Ok, thanks. Yes, new o-rings and PAG oil to lube prior to assembly. Yes, white plastic parts are just plugs. Going to reach out to Four Seasons. Maybe I used the wrong o-ring. There are about 20 in the Rapid Seal kit (PN26761).
